Payment Terms

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refunded. For multi-session programs, refunds for unused sessions may be provided at our discretion, minus a 20% administrative fee.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session.

Disclaimer

The materials on solar-synth's website and in our programs are provided on an 'as is' basis. solar-synth makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
